This actually stays put. In the past the hook is spring loaded and it tends to fall off or shift. This is a stew on and keeps this in place. The adjustments are buttons, you have to press the two buttons in order to adjust the arm. This was a good buy. Plus it keeps phone out of sun and from overheating, which is what I needed.
