   It came with everything it claims, The bedazzled rings do not fit on any of my controls other than my AC dial. It took me a second person to fit the wheel cover, it fits very snug on the wheel, has grasp to it, very secure. If you want SPARKLE get the white, the black is perfect for a subtle glam.
